  • Hi everyone. I'd like to join in for October and will be checking in a couple of times a week. My goal is 3.8 lbs.

    After a week of overindulging, it was good to get back to simple eating and having some control. I'm going to miss Disney World, though. I walked an average of 11 miles each day on vacation. My apple watch sent me a message yesterday that I was falling behind last weeks' pace...duh! One bad thing is that I had trouble with my shoes rubbing the top of my big toe. Now my toenail is turning a horrible bruised color. I hope I don't lose that toenail!

    1: 273.5 Post-TOM whoosh! Miffed that it didn't happen yesterday for my September goal, but happy that it gives me an early boost for October!

    So proud of everyone's progress thus far!! I have a very ambitious goal of dropping 10 lbs this month, but only because I am getting married in 6 weeks (!). Weighed in at 145 this morning. Hoping in can stay on track - I have to be super careful to meet my goals.

  • Hey team! Everyone is killing it! Happy International Mean Girls Day! (On Wednesdays, we wear pink/On October 3rd, he asked me what day it is!) ahahah

    I finally budged a tiny bit today. SW 183.4 and CW 183.0 I have new make up I am allowed to use once I am at 182.0 so BRING IT!
