Can I be put back stating weight 150 weight for this week 144.8
|
My week went good. I tried “banking” my calories so I ate 700 calories for 3 days and fasted all Friday until dinner. Dinner was Mexican big burrito with beans lettuce sour cream inside. I had chips and salsa and chips and guacamole. Saturday we decided to go apple picking so I could make a pie. I had half a sub and then we went for ice cream I got a medium cup. Dinner was pork loin with mashed potatoes and a slice of pie for dessert. I messed up a bit on Thursday and ate Chinese. Sunday was half a sub and a cheese burger with mozzarella and fries. Overall I’m happy with my weigh in today. I’m not sure if I want to bank every week because I do get a little hungry. Me and my bf will have to start eating healthier more often.

MorningGlory Thanks! I hope so, its been 3 or 4 years since I was in the 200s! I was loosing weight like crazy when I first started trying in August but it has really slowed down now. Everything was fine at my Dr appointment so I need to get more active
Congrats to everyone! |
I’m the fat gf of the group and I ducking hate it. The one is maybe 100lbs and just had a baby so now she’s maybe 120 and the other girl is way taller than me and only 22.

Thanks for the chart, Rie!

Hey guys!
I've been having a hard time after my vacation. THAT SHOULD SURPRISE NO ONE  I always get this way! I feel super excited to get back to real life and then pewwww...I power down like a robot. I think it has something to do with my anxiety/depression issues, whenever I go on vacation and have to be a "people person" for a while I tend to need to recharge. I thought perhaps this would be different, because it was visiting family, but I was wrong unfortunately. I've been snacking a lot more in the evening, which has unfortunately affected my weight this week. I've been avoiding posting in here, however, I need to stay accountable! However, I did go on a run on Tuesday and despite starting the run poorly I managed to finish strong. Today I'm gonna go for a run, the weather appears to be cool today so maybe that means Autumn will finally come to Georgia?! Week Four 09/24: 182.4 lbs 09/25: 181.6 lbs 09/26: 182.9 lbs 09/27: 183.6 lbs 09/28: 09/29: 09/30: ---------------------------------------- Avg Weight for Week Three: 181.5 lbs Avg Weight for Week Four: 182.6 lbs Total Loss for Week Four: + 1.1 lbs

cattails - Congrats on the pound down! And yayy, so glad you like the headlamp!! It'll make night time gardening so much easier I bet. Chunk - You can do ittt!! Lacerta - CONGRATS!! That's so amazing! flower1 - I'm sure you won't lose that much weight in the beginning based on your goal of wanting to put on muscle, but those measurements will be the key to showing your success! So great to have you :) skittles - Go ahead and put yourself in! :) Girl, don't compare yourself to others!! You've done so well over the years! You'll only drive yourself crazy if you do it. |
Riestrella, So good to see your challenge. I was able to fill in all my weekly weights and am excited to be continuing to my weight loss this fall with the help of your challenge. I'm hoping to be well into the 150's by the end to the challenge. I'll try to catch up on all the conversations this week.
Hope everyone is having a good week. |
Yesterday was a good day! I managed to resist snacking after 6pm and I also didn't eat more than 2 slices of bread. Huzzah! Oh! I also went on a run and did really well. I'm trying to go out the door with a time in mind that I want to complete the run and I managed to smash the time. I'm starting to incorporate some speed training into my runs and I think that's really helped with my pace. I really like the way it feels to push myself hard and really stretch out my legs rather than plodding along for the entire run. When I'm listening to music I speed up during the chorus and then slow back down after it's finished. At the moment I'm not strong enough to keep going, sometimes I do have to walk, but I'm going to keep running this way and hopefully build up my stamina/strength. It's nice to update my ticker with the miles too!
This morning I weighed the same as yesterday, which is fine by me :) I usually stall a little after a workout. Week Four 09/24: 182.4 lbs 09/25: 181.6 lbs 09/26: 182.9 lbs 09/27: 183.6 lbs 09/28: 183.6 lbs 09/29: 09/30: ---------------------------------------- Avg Weight for Week Three: 181.5 lbs Avg Weight for Week Four: 182.8 lbs Total Loss for Week Four: + 1.3 lbs

What an odd coincidence--I started my weight loss at 162.6, I started this challenge at 135.6, last week I was at 133.6, and today I'm at 132.6. I wonder how long the 0.6 pattern will last! I'm 2.6 from goal in this challenge. If I keep losing at my recent pace, I'll hit that early. I don't usually lose steadily though, more in joyous bursts. ;) So we'll see how it goes!
Rie - Well done with no snacking and rocking your running! I'm so happy to hear how well the running is going. |
I'm going to try and get my butt to the gym monday! Lets hope for the best lol Ill try to walk about 30 minutes which will probably be a little more then a mile for me, I'm pretty slow lol
AND can anyone tell me how to do a ticker? I put the code in and when I click preview I see it correctly, but in this post it has the weird code stuff afterward. I did only have code and nothing else so I'm getting there lol |
Rie - great job on the running
Chunka - nice drop:) The scale finally moved down a bit for me this week. I finished week 4 of my 12 week weight training program and it's nice to finally see the scale move. I'm doing my training with a group of 3 other ladies 4 days a week and I'm really enjoying it. |
Hi All. Went to an all day meeting Sunday with Buffet. I thought I had watched what I ate and would be OK weighing in this morning. Guess not because the pound I had lost this week was back! UGH!! It is deer season here and a bit scary taking walks till deer season is over, so am planning on adding DVD's this next week to get in enough exercise. Wish me luck.
Flower, Congrats on your weight loss this week. Nice for you to be seeing the fruit of your labors. Someday, From looking at your code above I see a space between a and fref. My guess is your code is faulty. I would go in, update , copy the code and repaste the new code on 3FC. Hope that works for you. Chunk, I like your new normal? weight loss. Interesting pattern. Good Luck to everyone this week :dust: |
