I'm making a small goal for myself this month. I move next week, and I know my routine is going to be wonky for a while. So I'm only going to include the time until my move in my challenge. My goal is 8 days of exercise.

I may come back later this month and make an August Goal Part 2. ;) We'll see how it goes.

I have been slacking about working out and I need to start fresh. I have barely gotten in a 25-30, minute walk every day and I have had only three strength training session. I got to get on it to make my goal. I will be better with checking in everyday,
