I had a bad, bad day yesterday. I don't know what happened, it's like I snapped. I didn't eat 2, not 4, but
5 slices of bread?! I don't know what came over me. Well, I kinda do, I reached a point where I got so ridiculously hungry that I reached for the first thing I wanted and that was a PB sandwich instead of cooking dinner. I had already eaten my limit of 2 slices in the morning with eggs, so that was already pushing it, but then because I didn't feel full right away I went back for another slice! Ugh.
Needless to say when I stepped on the scale this morning I was expecting the worst, so you'll understand my shock when I saw that I was 184 lbs, a 0.6 lb drop from the day before. I don't get it!
