I'm going good. Done nearly 3 months on maintenance now, but i'm still learning all the time how it works. I dropped a bit lower than my original Goal, just because i kept wanting wiggle room and it was easy to keep going, but i'm done now, I think i would look worse if I lost any more.
I'm typically gaining a few lbs at the weekend (alcohol, pasta, eating out.....), then spending the rest of the week losing it again. I'm enjoying maintenance and still motivated to keep it up. Generally i'm still eating the way I did whilst losing (lots of veggies, pretty low carbs, low sugar, small portions on any high calorific stuff), but the maintenance means I can take a lot more diversions! All good really and just grateful that it's relatively easy mentally to keep up still.
