Beeps I am so happy for you guys. 1.6 lbs is amazing, great work!!! I love the idea of an outdoor walk, sounds so relaxing!

ange how is maintanence going so far?!

Beeps2011 05-15-2018 02:26 PM

Thank you ange82 and kfunk. I appreciate your kind words.

Got my heavy-lifting in, today. I walked last night (cardio). Tomorrow is rest day, although I might walk at night, again, if the weather is still glorious.

The mosquitoes came out, though! I have bites everywhere!!

ange82much 05-16-2018 03:20 AM

kfunk maintenance is happening before it should. Actually I haven't changed my diet at all (but haven't done much exercise either) and I've been within 0.2kg of 56.0 for absolutely ages now (by my standards!) Was 56.0 today too. So the drop a bit of weight for 'wiggle room' plan isn't happening yet.

I.wanna.be.cute 05-16-2018 07:39 AM

beeps: You are doing great! I wish I could drink that much water. Congratulations for your weight loss.

Ange: Do you have a plan for your maintenance? I know I need at least a year to hit my goal weight but I'm actually afraid of the maintenance. I'm doing work outs everyday and my diet is super strict. I don't know what I am going to do for maintenance.

I hope the rest of you are all doing well.
This week I lost 2.6 lbs. I'm not sick anymore so I started doing my work outs again.

I'm a littly afraid cause every week I add more and more exercises to my routine. This week I bought a static bicycle, I only do like 6 or 6,5 km per day (I could do more but I am not used to it and my butt hurts a lot). I also added some exercises with a hula hoop. I have the feeling that there will be a moment when my body will say STOP. I add at least a new exercise to my routine every week, and I don't know when I am going to stop adding more and more exercises. I'm somewhat stressed out in case I don't keep losing weight at the pace I want.

Hi everyone. I upped my water intake and was down 2.8 lbs this week so I'm very happy with that as I'm usually a slow loser. I also joined WW to get rid of these final 10 lbs since I've lost and regained these same 10 lbs a couple of times now.

Congrats to those who have losses this week and encouragement to those who are still working on it! This week was a very stressful one for me. It's better today and i'm glad to say i've lost this week. Fingers crossed that this continues.

Look at all these losses?!?!? Nicely done.

flower1 - I want you to report on how WW does for a <10 lb fat loss. I am really curious!

I got my yoga in, today. And I ate a Costco muffin as an afternoon snack.....so.....

kfunk6113 05-17-2018 06:20 PM

beeps Great job with your workouts!! I hate mosquitos, I get itchy just thinking about them!

ange I forgot that you wanted some wiggle room before you entered maintenance. I hope that you get past your plateau soon, you are doing all the right things!!

i.wanna.be.cute Wow, you are a rockstar with all of your exercises, I wish that I was dedicated enough to do a fraction of that! Nice drop this week, its nice that you are feeling better now! If you enjoy that much exercise then I would say go for it! Your body will let you know if it is feeling like it needs a little rest. I have lost 90+ lbs. without exercising, so I wouldn't worry too much about the weight loss stopping if you need a little break.

stlrsgrl Its water weight, you will drop it very fast. I know what it feels like to be disappointed in yourself. I binged all weekend and felt horrible, but no matter how horrible I feel after I tend to repeat the same mistakes over and over. Think of all the improvements we have both made though...as long as we don't give up we will make it to our goals in the end, even if it take a little bit longer. This is a lifestyle, not a race!

flower holy smokes, that is one heck of a week you had!!!

momtopands You have been doing amazing, especially with how much has been thrown at you lately. Truly astonishing!

Kfunk Thank You, you are so encouraging, this morning I was 200 even so keeping my fingers crossed to be in onederland soon.
Beeps, I am one of those people that the mosquitos love as well, My brother and I can stand right next to each other and he will not have one single bite and I look like a mosquito buffet.
Everyone is doing so great, HIGH FIVE

Getting a Fast Start on your weight Loss goals!

[B][B][I][SIZE="7"]The whole process of weight loss is a science. This is because the human body operates with an order, and the ability to shed unwanted pounds is really a combination of perception and application of a proven and full-proof system. You see, getting your mental game and mind-set into the right place is about 60% of the battle, then all you need a system laid out to help guide you through the process. Belly fat is probably the most stubborn area for most of the ladies who want to trim up. Accomplishing this task will add a whole new look to the body, and then the bikini and beach front belongs to you. With this being said, try a method backed by science, and orchestrated by some of the best fitness experts in the game!!

Hi kfunk and stlrsgrl and slimfitsexy!

I lifted today. My legs are DOMs everywhere, lol.

Ate a steak and a salad for lunch.

The weather looks GORGEOUS here this weekend - so being on the baseball field to watch teenage son's games is going to be GREAT. ...and of course tomorrow is the Royal Wedding of Harry and Meghan and I do plan on getting up to watch it!

BOOM!

GigiMom 05-19-2018 02:11 PM

Beeps So Happy your plateau is over! I think mine is just starting! Nice to others break through.

angel182much. I feel your pain. I have been hovering at the same weight and it is driving me crazy!

I.wanna.be.cute and flower1 way to go!!! Those are some big losses this week!

strlsgrl43. Chin up. You are almost there and you can do this!

I am a few days late on posting and had bounced up 3 pounds on Wednesday but am back to my same previous weight so I think it was water. I am hoping to break my stall this week.
