


It's a new week and I have new opportunities. I can finally say I'm not a mucus factory any longer, LOL. (cold/flu aftermath finally gone and allergies aren't flairing) As long as my vehicle problems don't continue in a series of "3's", I can aim of at least 3 visits to the gym. Although, I still have some periodic balance issues, I'm heavy enough that I won't likely tip over.
It's time to get back to basics and remind myself of my tools. It's so easy to slip back into old habits. So, let's see what I need to work on this week:
- Get up earlier and get moving earlier (Time change on Sunday)
- Limit early A.M. computer time
- Get in multiple exercise sessions
- Portion Control, Portion Control, Portion Control
