December Exercise Challenge
Let's dance (and move in other ways) through the holiday season!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. My goal is 900 minutes again. :)

I'm going for 1200 minutes again. And, I'll try for 15 DVDs again -- I didn't manage that many in November, but I did some and it did help with the variety of my exercise.

November was a bust.
Starting fresh in December. My goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise. Slow start! Dec1: nothing but 11 hours at work and then 3 hours at the symphony! Dec2: 30 min walk to PO and back total minutes: 30 |

Last month's challenge was great for getting me back exercising regularly but I've fallen off track since then and I want my workout mojo back. I have a weeklong trip that won't allow any exercise and I've already lost one week, but I'm going to give myself a goal of 600 minutes this month.

Thanks EagleRiverDee - I like how you are incorporating strength, flexibility and cardio into your workouts - great job:) I need to add in some weights but will likely add this starting in January - for now just trying to get myself back on track this month.
