My first perfect, on plan, day for a while yesterday was rewarded by a whoosh on the scale and another big tick here, yippee! I agree with weekendboater that this challenge is really motivating and helpful.

Davis good for you to readjust your plan to make it fit your life! I think the reason I am so determined and motivated to succeed this time is because all of my plan includes things I see myself being able to keep up forever. So, if the numbers keep going down, it isn't a race because I can be in this for the long haul, I actually want to be! Even if it takes a year or 2 to get to where I want to be, that's okay!

Day 1: 3/2 - TICK! (and on a day off too!)
Day 2: 4/2 - TICK! (supermarket trip included)
Day 3: 5/2 - TICK! (21800 steps and no 'treat', the old me would surely have rewarded that with a feast of junk!)
Day 4: 6/2 - TICK! (super stressful day at work, manic. Came home and cooked veggies to go with my mince and onions, no snacking!)
Day 5: 7/2 - TICK! (bought snacks for a meeting at work today and didn't eat any, or buy anything for me on those high risk aisles in the shop)
Day 6: 8/2 - TICK!
Day 7: 9/2 - TICK! (decided it would be a pause but then didn't buy any snacks)
10/2 PAUSE - bag of haribo and then stopped, which for me is impressive!
Day 8: 11/2 - TICK!
Day 9: 12/2 - TICK! Just, could easily have gone off the scale and my meal portions were too big. My next challenge will be about staying on plan, not just eliminating certain things.

weekend Boater stay safe.

Day 01 - 2/8/17.... Did my DDD, danced for 15 mins for my aerobics, ate great healthy foods.
Day 02 - 2/9/17.... Did my DDD and my toning throughout the day between phone calls at work. Ate great.
Day 03 - 2/10/17PAUSE

Day 3 - 2/11/17Had a very large breakfast. Said thats it... went and bought a WII with WII Fit Plus. Played for 6 hours with family games and setting up my WII Fot profile.
Day 4 - 2/12/17 Slept on till 1130. Got up workout out on WF for over 30 minutes. Took a nap. Lol its Sunday. Lol Hubby made a homemade healthy manocotti. So more WII family time.
Day 5 - 2/13/17 it was a crappy day at work but I did my toning and ate well.

Time to pick myself up and try again ...yes sir the fun never stops. Curse these woods... it's only a 2 mile run but the woods are so hilly and steep it feels like Mount Everest.

Davisag Getting a Wii sounds like a great idea, I bet it's a lot of fun too. Good on you for toning and eating well after a bad day at work, lend me some of that willpower I could use it.

Takingcontrol I caved in, but I'm going to give it another shot. Those woods have not seen the last of me yet!

Well Paperclip You are not one to give up. I had to take a pause day even though I didn't want to. We were unrealistic. But with a day or two to pause (if needed) then we can succeed. Yes the WII is fun and I do it every morning I get up. By the end fo the 21 days you'll be doing the run in half the time through the woods. :)

Davis You have been so good with posting your schedule! I have been a total slacker here :lol: Love to see your news and update, keep up the good work! :) Congrats on the 3 lb. loss and all of your exercise and endeavors!

As for me, I felt so much better today. I was totally spent for a few days , not sure why except to think I had a bit of a cold. I literally felt like doing nothing! Got back on the wagon today, so to speak, and worked out and did the WII too! lol :) I love the advanced step aerobics. You know how they move their arms? Well your delts will pop if you do those enough but I really need tricep work so I alter the moves and do tricep lifts during those and also the knee up thing. I still love that thing! lol TGIF, I hope you have a great weekend, keep up the awesome work!

A big hello to everyone I missed and to all of you! It's not over yet folks and every day is a new day so let's keep fighting!
