Day 3: 5/2 - TICK! (21800 steps and no 'treat', the old me would surely have rewarded that with a feast of junk!)
Day 4: 6/2 - TICK! (super stressful day at work, manic. Came home and cooked veggies to go with my mince and onions, no snacking!)
Day 5: 7/2 - TICK! (bought snacks for a meeting at work today and didn't eat any, or buy anything for me on those high risk aisles in the shop)
Day 6: 8/2 - TICK!
Day 7: 9/2 - TICK! (decided it would be a pause but then didn't buy any snacks)
Day 8: 10/2 PAUSE - bag of haribo and then stopped, which for me is impressive!

Good job takingcontrol, I don't think I could of stopped myself after a bag of haribo. You really took 'control' there :), I just don't let any snacks inside my house otherwise I'll eat them all.

I don't let them in either. BUT, if this is going to be forever, I need to be able to eat my treats and move on. I actually said yesterday would be my pause day but after 20 minutes walking up and down the snacks aisles I couldn't work out what to get so left with nothing. I had the haribo after lunch and thought of this challenge and thought ahhhh well, I have paused now so I can eat more. Luckily at that point I was back home, without temptations so the need soon passed, had lean steak and salad for dinner and am perfectly satisfied with my treat day!

Great to see you back Weekend Boater! I would hate a prolonged period minus internet, how annoying!

Realised I recorded my pause wrong yesterday so am re-doing my list. On plan again today, with a walk to and from work, home work out and some strength work focusing on my arms. Very pleased.

OK.. I said no pauses. That was not realistic. I also changed up my routine. Still going by denise austins plan but my own workouts.
We got a WII with WII Fit plus. On my work outs going to use it. I only paused 1day. But it was the 3rd day. Not good. I had forgotten to take my medication.
3 pause days total will be on my plan. BUT.... hope not to use them all.
[B]Weekend Boater[B] glad your back. Denise Austin is great. I find her encouraging.
Btw all realized my scale was low on batterirs so said I was 237. I am not. 222. Lol that was such a relief.




Day 01 - 2/8/17.... Did my DDD, danced for 15 mins for my aerobics, ate great healthy foods.
Day 02 - 2/9/17.... Did my DDD and my toning throughout the day between phone calls at work. Ate great.
Day 03 - 2/10/17PAUSE

Day 3 - 2/11/17Had a very large breakfast. Said thats it... went and bought a WII with WII Fit Plus. Played for 6 hours with family games and setting up my WII Fot profile.
Day 4 - 2/12/17 Slept on till 1130. Got up workout out on WF for over 30 minutes. Took a nap. Lol its Sunday. Lol Hubby made a homemade healthy manocotti. So more WII family time.

Hi everyone :) Happy Monday! omg I cannot believe it! We had a big storm here!

I think the important thing is that we keep on going and not letting any pause or not pause day stop us, starting with a fresh new day! Sooo, what do you all say? It's all about the new day and keeping going so let's go!

wannaskip you created a beautiful challenge for us here, you really did! I remember in the past that when I didn't do thing absolutely perfectly I felt like a failure, I was too hard on myself. I can still be hard on myself for sure but I have learned that it's not about being perfect but about TRYING each and every new day! I want to thank you again and I hope and want for us all to continue! Tomorrow is a new day, let's start fresh, yes?

Davis I cannot believe you mentioned the WII, lol :) I still do it and love it! I have modified the moves on the advanced step and it is unreal! I enjoy it so I guess that is the big thing, happy to find a fellow WII'er lol :).
Regarding your scale, how I wish that were the case with me too! lol let's hang in there together!

takingcontrol I so enjoy watching you! Your doing great! I hope we can all finish this month out together.......I say we keep it going! What do you guys say?
