fellow milers! I don't check this thread very often except to update so I'm thrilled to see how many are still chalking up those miles on a daily basis. The last couple of months have been super busy at work so my intentional walking has decreased. I work on a University campus so with summer here the pace of work has slowed a bit allowing me to get back at it.
