9/24. 223.8 (+ 5.8) I'm back from vacation, had some more weight gain.

I think what I'll do is track my SW and end weight, and my lowest weight during each month.

I'd love to jump in here too. There are 16 weeks until the end of the year, and if I can lose a pound a week (plus three spare pounds somewhere along the line) I'll be extremely happy.
