I think I'll go for 1200 minutes too. Mostly StrongLifts 5x5 and Rowing.
TOTAL: 1135 / 1200
7/1 - 55 minutes (5x5 B)
7/2 - 40 minutes (rowing splits with arm isolations)
7/3 - 60 minutes (5x5 A)
7/4 - 0 minutes (hit 100% activity while working, but not "real" exercise)
7/5 - 64 minutes (24min walking, 40min rowing splits with arm isolations)
7/6 - 80 minutes (25min walking, 55min 5x5 B)
7/7 - 64 minutes (24min walking, 40min rowing splits with arm isolations)
7/8 - 0 minutes (Rest Day)
7/9 - 72 minutes (5x5A)
7/10 - 40 minutes (rowing splits with arm isolations)
7/11 - 76 minutes (26min walking, 50min 5x5B)
7/12 - 65 minutes (25min walking, 40min rowing)
7/13 - 26 minutes (walking)
7/14 - 86 minutes (26min walking, 60min 5x5A)
7/15 - 40 minutes (rowing splits with arm isolations)
7/16 - 0 minutes (Rest Day)
7/17 - 90 minutes (3 hours heavy yard work, but I only count 1/2 unless it is "official" exercise)
7/18 - 36 minutes (26min walking, 10min flexibility work)
7/19 - 40 minutes (30min walking, 10min flexibility work)

7/21 - 0 minutes (Rest Day)

I need to get back on track, so my goal for July will be 1,500 minutes. That's what I did in May and saw good results on the scales!

Okay - I never even got out of the gate in June -- so, I'm going to go for the following:
5 days a week - bounce on tramp 5 times a day for 2 minutes each (B5x2)
5 days a week - walk at least 10 minutes (W10)
2 days a week - exercise video (EV)
Estimate = 550 minutes GOAL for July
F 01-Jul - 15 min (W10 + B 5x1) [15/550]
S 02-Jul - 10 min (W09 + B 1x1) [25/550]
S 03-Jul - no exercise
M 04-Jul - no exercise
T 05-Jul - 15 min walk [40/550]

I completed my aggressive (for me) goal of 1200 minutes last month...no reason I can't do it again, especially with one extra day in the month!
7/1 - 30 minute treadmill
7/2 - 40 minute treadmill
7/3 - 45 minute treadmill
7/4 - 55 minute treadmill 5 kettlebell
total minutes: 175/1200
