No change for me this morning. I know I'm retaining water...hopefully I will see a whoosh soon, although I doubt I'll make goal this month. No worries. I'm happier to be at my current 184.5 than at 189.0, which is where I was at the beginning of April! :)

I hope it is water retention....my muscles healing. Still hoping for a whoosh....no exercise today. 4/22 - 141.4 lbs, still stuck and puffy from allergies today so I took some medication this morning....it's already helping 4/23 - DNW 4/24 - 140.8 lbs, starting to feel normal again 4/25 - 140.6 lbs, 1.8 lbs to go and expecting a whoosh....please! 4/26 - Can't remember but I think it was 140.6 or 140.4 lbs 4/27 - 139.8 lbs, 1 pound in 3 days? I’ve remained on plan, but the scales went up…no doubt I’m still retaining water. I’m hoping for a whoosh soon. I didn’t make April’s plan, but I did lose 4 lbs., which is better than nothing! Here’s hoping May will be even better…
