I'm goaling myself for 1200 minutes this month. DH and I are walking a 5K in less than 2 weeks. We've never done anything like this before and are super excited!!
June 1: 40 minute treadmill, 5 minute kettlebell = 45 minutes + 30 min tread = 75 minutes total for day
June 2: 30 treadmill, 10 kettlebell, 5 stretch = 45 minutes
June 3 :
June 4: 55 minutes treadmill + 5 minute kettlebell - 60 minutes
June 5: 45 minutes treadmill + 5 minute kettlebell - 50 minutes
June 6: 40 minutes treadmill + 5 minute kettlebell - 45 minutes
June 7: 50 minutes treadmill + 10 minute kettlebell - 60 minutes
June 8: 30 minutes treadmill
June 9: 30 minutes treadmill + 5 minute Kettlebell - 35 minutes
June 10: 60 minutes treadmill (tomorrow is our 5K - wasn't going to do any exercise, obviously changed my mind
)
June 11: 90 minutes
June 12:
June 13: 35 minutes treadmill + 10 minutes Kettlebell = 45 minutes
June 14: 60 treadmill
June 15: 35 treadmill
June 16: 35 treadmill
Monthly total - 725 minutes...Feeling good
