Hi everyone - I haven't done planks before and I'm finding this challenge to be fairly tough. I am doing the beginners challenge but I think I'm going to have to switch over to doing it at my own 30-day pace. I'm not sure if I can get up to 3 minutes in 30 days but will see how many minutes I end up with. I may have to do a 2nd challenge to work up to 3 minutes

Way to go so far. I admire your commitment, keep up the good work!!

I recently pulled a muscle in my back so have had to take 5 (!) long days off from the challenge ;( .
I'm ready to start again but think I'll also take it at my own pace since the intermediate challenge was rather difficult for me

bjm - yahoo - so glad you're still here - I was hoping someone else was still doing the challenge with me. It's a tough challenge but I can see that I am getting stronger Sorry to hear about your back - hope it's getting better.

Thanks! My back is feeling much better now.
Despite taking time off the challenge, I can tell that I've gotten stronger since Day 1 too. It is so awesome to notice the payoff!

Way to go, Flower!! We've made it through week 3!
It's important to listen to your body, so its good you took a rest day. I'm taking a rest day today too.

9 more days left in the challenge. We got this!
