Here are the rules: The fastest to shed 2% of body weight wins. To calculate 2%, just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (whichever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!

I had a great deal of alcohol consumption on Saturday after a 2 1/2 hour vigorous workout- water weight followed and am just now getting it back down. I will be happy if I end this challenge LOWER than what I started.
