What are your holiday workout plans? I hope to get in a normal walk this afternoon. Tomorrow, I plan to march in place, and maybe throw in some strength-training, while watching the Disney Christmas Parade in the morning.

I hear you on the weather, Joy. I'm in the SouthEast and this has been the wettest hottest holiday season I can remember.
Looks like I'm not going to make my December goal afterall. :( I still am unable to do any real exercise. I'm back to the podiatrist on the 31st, but it isn't looking good.
