November Exercise Challenge
Let's give thanks for all that our bodies do for us and give a little back with exercise that makes us healthy and strong!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. Just getting back on my diet after being off of it for 7 months and gaining about 30 pounds!
Goal for the month: Work out at least 4 days a week, every week but Thanksgiving. Work out 2 days the week of Thanksgiving. |

Get to week 18 Yoga/stretches 3x wk, strength 3x wk, cardio 6x wk First have to finish up my Sept. goal complete week 12 Week 15 - complete 10/28- cardio, 33 min 7 miles ex. bike, yoga 10/29- strength 10/30- cardio, jog 27 10/31-off 11/1-cardio, 4 miles at rail trail 11/2- yoga, strength, cardio walk at work and walk 1 mile with dog 11/3-off-birthday, walked around with my MIL, no regular exercise 11/4-cardio rail trail 3 miles with DH 11/5-yoga, weights Yoga-3x, strength-3x, cardio 5x, ok 1 more day, get that last cardio in 11/6-cardio rail trail 4 miles Best to all :sunny: |

My exercise goal for Nov is to workout 4 times a week. This time of the year is always a challenge for me when it gets dark before I get home in the evening.
This is going to be the year I keep it going. I'll have to focus more on doing DVDs instead of walking. Yesterday I pulled out a system that I've had for over 2 years and never took it out of they box. To my surprise, I loved it so I'll be doing it for a while :) 11/1 - The Firm Wave 11/2 - |

Add on a BUNCH of housework and I think I'm covered for the day! |
