Week 1: Stayed on track
Week 2: Off to a good start. Monday got in a 30 min cardio work out at the gym + some abs and legs. Tuesday C25K. Not feeling well this morning but still planning on hitting the gym! |
Thanks for this month's thread, Joy! :hug: I MUST get back to the gym! I haven't been in so long. I feel like I've lost all muscle tone. Therefore, starting today my goal is to make it to the gym 5 times per week.
