4. After C25K is complete, begin running 4 days/week.

thank you! I thought i could do it but between full time job, babysitting every day, tutoring math everyday, bringing my kids to practice 3 times a week I find it hard to find a lot of free time to exercise.

Week 1: I got in 3 days at the gym and 1 day of C25K. So, I stayed on track.

Thanks for asking, Joy! It was my first 5K in 30 years. :) I ran strong and felt great. There was no official timer so I don't know how long it took, but I'm fairly certain I finished well under my goal time of 36 minutes. The race organizers said that by their cell phone times, I ran it in 26 minutes, but that seems preposterous to me.

Week 1: Stayed on track

Week 2: Off to a good start. Monday got in a 30 min cardio work out at the gym + some abs and legs. Tuesday C25K.

Not feeling well this morning but still planning on hitting the gym!

Thanks for this month's thread, Joy! :hug: I MUST get back to the gym! I haven't been in so long. I feel like I've lost all muscle tone. Therefore, starting today my goal is to make it to the gym 5 times per week.
