Yoga/stretches 3x wk, strength 3x wk, cardio 6x wk
First have to finish up my Sept. goal complete week 12

Week 12 - complete

9/29- yoga, abs, strength, cardio (walk)
9/30- stretches, cardio (mini tramp-rebounding workout-fun)
10/1- yoga, abs, strength, cardio (walk)
10/2-stretches, cardio (jog 45)
10/3-off
10/4-strength, cardio (hike)
10/5-yoga, cardio

Week 13 - complete

10/6-stretches, cardio (jog 45)
10/7-strength
10/8-cardio
10/9-yoga, strength, cardio
10/10-cardio
10/11-stretches, cardio
10/12-stretches, cardio (jog 50)
10/13-stretches, light cardio (tight calf)
