Goal: Complete weeks 4-8 of the Couch to 5K program. And not die doing it.

Week 4 completed!
Week 5 completed!
Week 6 completed! I ran two miles without stopping.
Week 7 completed!

I still have 40 minutes to go... as soon as the rain stops I'll head out for a walk or a bike ride!

I did 15 minutes with Miranda Esmonde-Smith on her PBS classical stretch. The program was about 23 minutes but I could not do all of it. This afternoon I took a 35 minute bike ride, which got me to 760 minutes.

GOAL MET at the last minute!
