Happy Labor Day!!! TOM is still lingering around for me so no need to report. Though I did sign up for our local Biggest Loser that out civic center is offering. First weigh-in is Saturday and then wedding dress shopping Sunday. Should be a very interesting weekend. Anywho, you folks have a great day!!

So I'm back. My depression is still lingering but I feel like unhealthy eating is making things worse. Maybe taking control will help me feel better. I'm pretty sure a lot of this gain is water so hopefully this one week bender didn't result in too much damage.

LovelyLeah: that's very wise to realize that overeating is contributing rather than helping to the bad times. That's how it works for me, too, but it takes forever to convince myself. I hope that a few good healthy choices helps turn things around. Sometimes, that's all it takes for me.

Seems like every day I have a new little mini goal I want to get to. I really wanted to get to 45 pounds lost for this reboot, so I got there today. Now I'm hoping I can eeke one more day of this weight loss before stalling and get to my monthly goal. I know seems crazy to say that as therre is so much to the month left, but when your weight loss is so completely cyclical and tied to the menstrual cycle, I know I will have major stall out soon.
So, .5 more to go to get to my monthly goal!!! berryblondeboys - You are rockin it this month! Great job. I sorta went a little off course over the weekend but I got right back on track yesterday and had a very good day. I am tempting to cut out refined sugar & bread for a while to see if it makes a difference in how I feel & how much weight I lose. I know that I have been eating way too many Weight Watchers snacks & treats and I feel it's slowing down my weight loss. I am going to follow the Simply Filling plan for a while where I will eat mostly Power Foods. I hope everyone has a great OP day :) |
