TOM should arrive today. 9/05 - 165.4 no TOM though....maybe the big M is on its way. 9/06 - 165.6 following last weekend's pattern 9/07 - 165.0 Woot! I don't know what I'm doing to get these great drops but I'll take it:) 9/08 - 164.6 Hello Tuesday! 9/09 - 165.2 Just a bump on the hump....day; water retention from salty, delicious pub food last night...I'm still puffy but I WILL flush it away today! 9/10 - 164.6 Back to Monday's weight....still a little puffy....fingers crossed for a small whoosh tomorrow :) 9/11 - 164.6 No whoosh but that's okay....salty brat and sauerkraut last night.... no worries. Still -4 lbs for the month; 19 days to lose the other 2.2 lbs. 9/12 - 163.8 Yeah! 1.4 to go. 9/13 - 164.0 bad girl at the pub last night and I'm not talking about too much grub. it was a lose/lose.....today I'm puffy and tired; I'm too old to be up past ten pm. 9/14 - 165.8 TOM is here a week late, but last month was week early, so I guess one side is on time and the other side is out of sync. 9/15 - 165.4 lbs TOM....blah! 9/16 - 164.6 lbs TOM, day 3, hopefully tomorrow (maybe Friday) I'll be back down to my previous weight and then some. 9/17 - 163.8 lbs Last day of TOM and back to my pre-misery weight. Looking for a decent drop tomorrow :) 9/18 - 162.6 lbs Whoosh! Just 0.2 lbs away from my monthly goal.....yeah :) 9/19 - 162.6 lbs No drop but I'm happy after last night's guacamole, pizza, and beer......and in bed at 9:30 without any water past 2pm! 9/20 - 162.6 lbs again but I did have a big steak dinner and drinks last night, so I'll take it. Tomorrow's a brand new day! |
