I've been spending a minimum of 30 minutes in garden daily and I had a go with the hula hoop yesterday. What a job! I only spent five minutes on it, but it wasn't easy. More practice today.

C25K Week 3, Day 1 complete. I was really nervous about the increased running time, but I read a couple of running forum tips last night and decided to just go as slowly as I needed to, and that worked! I was able to do all the longer runs and not feel utterly exhausted when I finished.
