So today's run went really well, but I was beat by the time I tried to do my core workout. I might try to do that again this evening. I only managed one round of planks, squats, and crunches.

I'm doing daily updates to my original post on page 1, but will report my mid-month total is 1180 minutes of exercise. Goal is 1500 minutes. I suspect the daily number will drop a lot when I go back to school (I'm a teacher) next week! So I better get as many as I can before then. :)

I really have no idea how much bike riding we did this weekend. We didn't take the car anywhere, but rode around the city a LOT exploring. Probably more than I wrote down, just guessing!
