2% Body Weight Challenge
Here are the rules: The fastest to shed 2% of body weight wins. To calculate 2%, just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (whichever your scale shows). Up a lb today! Pre TOM water weight because I've been behaving despite the tons of easter candy at my house :/ boo. Im about a day away from turning into a ravenous wolf with chocolate dripping from my mouth and growling at anyone who comes near my chocolate easter bunny.

For me, water weight hangs around for a few days, and then I lose it all in one go (the "woosh" effect). Hopefully you will have your "woosh" soon, lol.

You guys have small amounts to loose, but do it. Good for you.
My 2% is 4.6#. I'll be here long after you go to another challenge. Still, I think this challenge is just what I need to get going. Gardening season is on for me, and I eat far less when I'm busy outside. |

love2garden -- these 2% challenges have really helped me because the goals feel reasonable, and every time someone wins, we start a new thread and renew our 2% goal which is really great, because you always have another chance to "win".
nickilaughs -- the TOM is the worst when it comes to tracking weight loss :/ No change for me today: SW: 153.6 2%: 3 CW: 151.2 GW: 150.6 Heading into the weekend, I imagine I won't hit my goal until mid or late next week (since weekends are my kryptonite). We'll see if someone can snatch up the win before then. |
