Heh - I lose three pounds in record time then take a week to lose 0.2. Anyway, it's going down again.

As suspected, weekend = 3 steps back for me :( almost back where I started.
SW: 153.6 2%: 3 CW: 153.0 GW: 150.6 Normally I have a high weight on Monday and then over Tuesday and Wednesday I get back to my low weight from the previous week (lose all of the water weight), and then Thursday and Friday are my "real loss days". So I am hoping I hit my goal by Wednesday. As a side note, this dumb method of messing up on the weekends is making it so I am averaging 0.5 lbs loss a week, which isn't too bad, but I feel like I could be losing a lb a week if I could just get a handle on my damn weekends :( |

To get rid of my weekend water weight I dropped my carbs a bit lower than normal, stuck to my calorie limit, and drank a TON of water AND
SW: 153.6 2%: 3 CW: 150.2 GW: 150.6 I hit (passed my goal!) So happy! I am going to start the next 2% thread, so keep an eye out for it! |
