Here are the rules: The fastest to shed 2% of body weight wins. To calculate 2%, just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (whichever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!

Up a lb today! Pre TOM water weight because I've been behaving despite the tons of easter candy at my house :/ boo. Im about a day away from turning into a ravenous wolf with chocolate dripping from my mouth and growling at anyone who comes near my chocolate easter bunny.

For me, water weight hangs around for a few days, and then I lose it all in one go (the "woosh" effect). Hopefully you will have your "woosh" soon, lol.

My 2% is 4.6#. I'll be here long after you go to another challenge.

Still, I think this challenge is just what I need to get going.

Gardening season is on for me, and I eat far less when I'm busy outside.

love2garden -- these 2% challenges have really helped me because the goals feel reasonable, and every time someone wins, we start a new thread and renew our 2% goal which is really great, because you always have another chance to "win".

nickilaughs -- the TOM is the worst when it comes to tracking weight loss :/

As suspected, weekend = 3 steps back for me :( almost back where I started.

Normally I have a high weight on Monday and then over Tuesday and Wednesday I get back to my low weight from the previous week (lose all of the water weight), and then Thursday and Friday are my "real loss days". So I am hoping I hit my goal by Wednesday.

As a side note, this dumb method of messing up on the weekends is making it so I am averaging 0.5 lbs loss a week, which isn't too bad, but I feel like I could be losing a lb a week if I could just get a handle on my damn weekends :(

To get rid of my weekend water weight I dropped my carbs a bit lower than normal, stuck to my calorie limit, and drank a TON of water AND

I hit (passed my goal!) So happy!
