alisonfaith ~ on the weight loss. I know what you mean about those vacations. They are a double-edged sword. You want to just relax and enjoy your vacation but at the same time keep working towards your weightloss goal. I'm sure you will do just fine. Good luck.
As for me, I kind fell off the wagon this weekend. My work week is Sunday-Thursday, so this morning I am off to a great start. Forty minutes on the treadmill and now I thought I would check in here and be accountable before I start work. I really need to buckle my butt down.

I was able to actually stay on plan yesterday and keep my butt in check. I'm off to a great start this morning, so heres to another on-plan day. The scale isn't really doing much for me but I am hopeful I will see movement towards weeks' end.

NNS ~ No worries, I'm sure you will get out of those 180s soon. Good luck!
soontobeskinnycarma ~ Urg, TOM sure knows how to give you a swift kick in the rear, doesn't he? Great job on pulling through it and getting back on track. Kudos!!!
Congrats to everyone else as well.
I am still not seeing any movement on the scale. I am watching my calorie intake, I just need to get my calorie expenditure up. For the life of me, I do good to get 45-60 minutes in a day of actual calorie burning. I just don't think I'm burning enough calories everyday to give me a good deficit. I have got to figure that one out. In any case, you guys have a wonderful day.
