Well February was a bust that's for sure.
Apparently I HAVE to get on the scale every day or else it's too easy to go back to being bad! I was however surprised when I weighed this morning. I assumed it would be MUCH MORE. But yay for me it wasn't. That gives a little encouragement moving forward!
