I'm really unhappy with how I'm doing. I know there are several factors to my lack of loss including the fact that I started a new exercise program, my wonky hormones, and the fact that I've upped my calories to try and stop myself from bingeing(which IS working but stalling all losses).

Well, not seeing much progress on the scale. Not unexpected since I haven't been doing the right things. Still, I know this doesn't mean I'll stay stuck. I just have to push through it.

I haven't been on these boards for a while but I'm ready to be back and this challenge is just the thing for me!

Four weeks today till Easter and my goal for the next 4 weeks is to lose 8 lbs. I can do this! :carrot:

Weighed myself Saturday before work, just never got on here! Super proud of myself, I've cut out all energy drinks and sodas which was super hard working overnight shifts. =) Can't wait to see the 150's again!
