    Happy Valentine's Day and welcome to the 2nd challenge in the Make 2015 Your Goal Year Challenge series!

    Simply post your starting weight, goal weight, and your weekly weigh in.

    Weigh in days will coincide with the last day of the challenge. For example, Easter falls on Sunday, so weigh ins for this challenge are on Sun. But of course you can weigh in whenever works for you. Also, feel free to jump in at any point in the challenge or in the year.

    Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th)
    Challenge 2: Valentine’s Day until Easter Sunday (February 14th to April 5th)
    Challenge 3: Easter to summer (April 5th to June 21st)
    Challenge 4: Summer to end of summer (June 21st to September 23rd)
    Challenge 5: End of summer until Halloween (September 23rd to October 31st)
    Challenge 6: Halloween to New Years Eve (October 31st to December 31st)

    I totally slacked on the last challenge but I have no excuses anymore. Everything else in my life has finally gotten back on track after my terrible 2014, the worse year I've had so far. And I refuse to buy new pants because my all my current are either too tight or already don't fit. Time to get serious. I've found a medication that finally helps with my chronic and everlasting back pain but I NEED to do this to keep my back in as good shape as possible. I'm going to weigh in next week because I'm sure I've got quite a bit of water weight and it's pretty discouraging.

    This has been kind of a rough week for me diet wise. The PMS bloat isn't helping matters.

    Oh well, I'm off for a run to hopefully kick off a much better week. Here's hoping for good weather this week. I think being cooped up in the house is most of my problem.

    I started a new birth control a couple months ago and I thought everything was normal and regulated but no! Got TOM twice in a month So hopefully some bloat will go down by next week
