I'm starting to get Holiday gifts. Sooooo early, i know, but they keep coming and they are mostly food, all from patients. Today i'm leaving a lot of snacky sugary food at my office kitchen. Hope they get eaten. Lots of people working here. If i have all that stuff at home, i'll eat it...

I'm always afraid of setting goals because I like to sabotage myself.. Need to get out of that groove. I think most of all I'd like to commit to joining our rec center and being faithful with working out at least 4 days a week. :)

Blondie, I'm so glad to read your goal cause mine is tied to weight loss but is not a weight loss challenge.
I would like to challenge myself to NO p.m. snacking six nights per week. If I can achieve this, I should lose weight. Thanks for the x-mas challenge Marina! |
