My Christmas goal will be 197, making that 14 lbs last week 201.2 today 200 3 lbs to go 3 days to go Possible ? :shrug: B F R |

Gw: 235 Cw: 233.8 After being out of town for 5 days and shooting my chances of making my revised Christmas goal (229.9)in the head, I am back home and hoping to see, at least, a bit of a drop before next week! |
According to the Liturgical Calendar, Christmas actually lasts until January 6 (Twelfth Night/3 Kings Day/ Epiphany) for anyone who needs a few more days to reach that goal!! (Like me lol).

My Christmas goal was 197. I thought that was a doable goal. I am 5 lbs away from that goal this morning. The scales go down, the scales go up. This is an up day. But for what it is worth, they have been dipping under 200 so I am still happy with this weight of 202. Way better than 273. Extra congratulations to all who made goal, and a full plate of congradulations for all who almost made it, and more congrats for all who lost weight during these past two months. Marina.... You have been sorely missed here. We know it is those awful migraines you have been having to deal with... We are all here for you. Whether you have been able to continue losing wt or not, our hearts are out for you. Please return to us when you are able and we hope that is soon. B F R And thanks for this challenge |
