  • Ha! Mountain_Mamma and Marina_Brasil, glad you got the kgs and lbs worked out! I use kgs when I'm weighing because DH got us a kgs scale to make some calculation he was doing easier. I liked that I didn't have an emotional attachment to the number the way that I do in pounds, so it was easier to treat my daily weight as data.

    Yesterday i ate less. I figured i must be getting too flexible with my portions, which can happen from time to time if I don't pay atention. I hope this can help me boost my weight loss a bit and reach my goal for this month.
