    Start weight: 82kg

    9/1 = 81,8
    9/2 = 82
    9/3 = 81,6

    I ate less than usual yesterday. Some days i don't feel much hunger, while in others i'm starving. I'm trying to pay more atention to what my body needs and how I feel but I still find it strange that some days i feel like eating all things under the sun and others i get satisfied faster and with smaller portions.

    Marina Brasil - I had one of those days yesterday where I felt like I was starving all day. I stayed within my WW points, but it was rough.

    I see some of us have already dropped a pound already...Way to go!

    I am starting out my day right...sauteed mushrooms and onions in one tbsp olive oil, held together with one egg, a tbsp of read bacon pieces, and a pear for dessert. Green tea to wash it down. (6 pts. total). Sorry to post so much, but I find the more I post the more accountable I feel!

    I am finishing up my maintenance and will be starting my next phase on the 15th so I am setting a 10 lb goal for September. August and the end of July were very bad time for me. I fell down the stairs and chipped a rib, but stayed within 5 lbs for the last two months while on maintenance.

    Owwwww. Hope the rib is healing, Sally. I'm impressed you stayed within 5 lbs despite the injury.
