unwanted37lbs: 100 miles on treadmill, 1 mile jog w/o stopping, start week #5 & week #6 of 5K training

MumofMany: Pregnancy Yoga, every other day
Chelainabear: 1 cardio & 1 ST each week for first half, 2 cardio & 1 ST each week for last half; 15 min walk per day
SeeMyFeet: Even days: C25K. Odd days: arm lifts

BigChiefHoho: run 10 times, lift 4 times
