(ran 1.1 miles out of it) Also started Week #5 of 5K training. This is my goal #2 for this month that is met .
August 7: Total miles for this month: 21.5 WOW i ran 15 min to get that 1.25 miles. Two months ago even 1 min of running was impossible for me. I am very impressed!
