    Thank you, Gardenerjoy, for a polite way of stating my goal! Yeah, "realistic" sounds better than "lazy".

    As of today, 358 minutes; of that 223 min is cardio and the rest other stuff.

    Goal #3: to start week #5 of 5K training. (Sometimes it takes more than 7 days to finish 1 week training.)
    Goal #4: to start week #6 of 5K training. (Sometimes it takes more than 7 days to finish 1 week training.)

    1 mile (running for 0.70 of it)

    2 miles (running for 0.85 of it)

    2 miles (running for 1 mile out of it).............. my first goal met for this month!!!

  • WOW i am on a roll this month!
    Two months ago even 1 min of jogging was impossible for me.
    Today i did 15 min of non stop running (well, jogging that is, but still ) !!!!
    I am very impressed!

  • My goal is 5 lbs. I've been struggling and so 5 lbs may not seem like a lot to others but to me it's tough.

    I'm diabetic and so I have found loosing weight really hard. I am going to really stick to the glycemic index (South Beach diet is based on this). I try to stick to it as much as I can as a general rule, but I'm not perfect. Too many grains, wine and rum / cokes.

    I'm turning 50 in Oct and so I want to get my weight down before that day comes.
