Spring into spring with a spring in your step! We won't let April showers keep us from our exercise.
Join us this month, and every month, in 2014 to track your exercise goals. State your goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. I have not done one of the exercise challenges yet :) I will start small and say I will shoot for 15 out of 30 days.

My goal is to exercise 21 out of 30 days and for that to include weeks 1-4 of C25K.

Ok so I joined a two month challenge so this will be perfect to keep me motivated half way in!
This week starting Tuesday I'm doing a 7 day 2hr challenge since I have Spring Break! Yay! I'm super excited! I have a heart monitor calorie burn/track watch thing lol and I'll try to post pictures to this post as evidence! lol My goals for this post is to 1. Lose 7lbs! 2. Put in 25 work out hours. Ahhhhhh! March sucked! I was away for two weeks and just in holiday mood for so long. I need to get back on track and get rid of my holiday gain. It's depressing me so much yet I just can't get motivated to get moving again. I'm going to set a small goal for this month and hope I can get into this.
