Ok so I joined a two month challenge so this will be perfect to keep me motivated half way in!

This week starting Tuesday I'm doing a 7 day 2hr challenge since I have Spring Break! Yay! I'm super excited! I have a heart monitor calorie burn/track watch thing lol and I'll try to post pictures to this post as evidence! lol

My goals for this post is to

1. Lose 7lbs!
2. Put in 25 work out hours. (14 I hope to do in my 2hrs a day for 7 days Challenge)

Okay since I have failed all of these due to injury or illness I am going to go lower for the challenge.

Weightlift 4times a week, Yoga 1x's a week, Run 2days a week, piloxing 1x week.

Ahhhhhh! March sucked! I was away for two weeks and just in holiday mood for so long. I need to get back on track and get rid of my holiday gain. It's depressing me so much yet I just can't get motivated to get moving again. I'm going to set a small goal for this month and hope I can get into this.
