Well this week was a wash. I've just been soooo busy! I drove for literally six hours yesterday. But I also did two hours of gardening, so I'm counting that as exercise. I know it was exercise because I'm sore today. lol
We are going to a play tonight so I am going to go for a three mile walk this afternoon. |

My goal is to get to the gym to do weights 15x in April.
1) 04/02 - done 2) 04/04 - done 3) 04/05 - done Whew! I pushed myself extra hard yesterday, for just starting out. I jog-walked 2 miles with hills in my neighborhood, did upper body free weights at the gym for an hour and walked with my husband to Venice Beach (2 miles)! It was tons of fun. I'm definitely going to be having more fitnessy Saturdays :) |

Goal: to walk 20 miles in April on top of my regular workouts. I'm not going to define my workouts as part of this challenge though because I may or may not be having a guest staying here for a while and if I do, I won't be keeping up with my workouts. The walking I can still do though!

Didn't make four days this past week; had activities with the hubby and/or kids every single night. Did manage to walk three times, but not as much as I'd hoped for.

Finally feeling well enough to attempt w5d3, which is supposed to be a 2-mile run. Unfortunately I had to take a break in the middle to feed a hungry baby, but I ran more as soon as I finished, so I ended up running around 2.5 miles, just in two parts. I'm gonna count it as complete.
