I've been struggling with daily migraines & severe headaches/fatigue & my weight is up! So as depressing as it is, my goal is to hit 10 minutes AND 1/2 mile on the treadmill every day day instead of a longer workout a few times a week (that Im not feeling well enough to do). I've been keeping up on stretching/yoga & doing some weight lifting reps at least :)

4/27-- .55 mi, 10 min 15s (approx) + overhead presses 4x2@40 lbs, 10 push-ups
4/28-- .50 mi, 11 m, 149.2 lbs, 10 push-ups.
