Well, I was 5 days off of making my goal. Unfortunately I ended up pulling daily 13 hour shifts and work which was then coupled with a family emergency, so I don't feel too bad about missing some workouts. Hope everyone had a successful January and here's looking forward to a successful February as well. :)
