Boy, it feels good to be logging these last few workouts. I'm so impressed to see everyone's progress. It really has been a motivator for me. It has also been an odd comfort to me to know I'm not the only one tortuting myself with all this exercise. :D
My goal for January is to complete a total of 15 workouts (averaging 3 per week, but allowing flexibility if needed).
