January 22 - 166.8
January 23 - 165.4
January 24 - 165.4 - I was expecting this as when I loose weight I'll usually bottom out a few days then loose a pound, etc. But today was a really difficult day for me. I didn't eat off plan...but I didn't eat nearly as much as I should have and literally drank no water. :( Trying to make up for the water now but I know that doesn't work. Did get an hour workout at the gym this morning though!! :) Expecting water weight gain tomorrow - but also TOM should be here by now...so I'm just gonna keep doing my very best, stay on plan, and hopefully my body catches up! :)

ajlee33 - WOW congrats on your 3.2!! :D

183StGB - so sorry to hear about those horrible side effects! :( Just hang in there and remember to drink lots of water and give yourself plenty of rest. We are here for you!

kelijpa - Eeeek!! :D Look at you!! :D Awesome job! :D

boatingmommy - This weekend is the *perfect* weekend to eat right and take care of our bodies! When you are tempted to go off plan remember that over here in Michigan is someone who is cheering you on and going through the exact same thing!! :D I know we can do it!!

NightAngel26 - Thanks and just keep at it and your body is sure to respond! Like you said - water weight - it blows!! But keep at it and it well settle down for sure! :)

Minneey - don't worry about the number tomorrow morning...what's important is that you keep your chin up and keep going! It will get better and tomorrow you will be able to eat healthy and do what you need to do. Just keep looking up and forward! :)

boatingmommy 01-24-2014 09:35 PM

Okay, started off my weekend by doing a 45 minute Turbo Jam Cardio party. I am NOT making popcorn with my movie...just nibbled an apple and hubby can have the beer. I am saving all my points and exercise for an afternoon out. I have promised myself only three drinks, no appetizers, and a healthy lunch.

RideRunRepeat - That means a lot to know that there is someone out there rooting for me not to screw it all up...thanks! I hope you have a successful weekend, too!

Minneey - Okay, I'm a dork from the midwest and I've never had Indian food. :o That's bad, isn't it??? Well, maybe one of these days I'll find a place around here that specializes in it and give it a go. Start chugging that water and you'll be fine.

NightAngel - Those stupid flu shots! I quit getting them. I am a social worker and in and out of homes all week long. I haven't had the flu in 4 years, and the last time was the year I did get the shot. Hope you are all better!

Shr1nk1ng - I love those NSVs!!! I have three pair of jeans that I can get into, but IT AIN'T pretty!!! Good for you! I noticed that I am starting to see some definition in my abs that I haven't seen in a while...hidden by beer belly!:carrot:

Woodstock - Beer is my kryptonite!!!

pixikat - I look at your avitar and just want to cuddle that kitty! I hope you are right about the muscle gain.

Imabe - Glad to hear that your kitty is better. Me and my family are crazy cat people...love my fur babies

Okay, I'll check back tomorrow! Night time here...time to snuggle up and read a good book!:book2:

yesterday's calories: 2500

good morning guys :)

I ended up constantly wanting to eat yesterday, and I guess I did. Considering my parents hid all the junk, I basically ate Müsli for all three meals. More than I should have, but at least it's healthy and super filling.
We'll be going out for Mexican food tonight, and I decided I'd rather only eat salad and then drink all my calories.
Anyways - today is my last day of IV treatment, and since it needs to be given on consecutive days the Doctor will be coming in and opening the office just for me. I am really glad I get to go there - not because I like having to go, but when I do, they are REALLY taking care of me. They are literally going out of their way, which is nothing I take for granted and am definitely thankful for.
My legs feel way better, too :) I want to do a little stationary bike later this afternoon and see how it's going.

kelijpa you had an AMAZING week! Well done!

boatingmommy I think you should stay on your original plan for another little while. Your body is no machine, stalls are natural and it's been less than a week.
Snow is already gone here, by the way ;) The ground wasn't cold enough for it to stick.

NightAngel26 probably water weight, no worries :p
In Germany you can buy Chia seeds at the grocery store - Müsli/grain section. Otherwise, Amazon got everything ;)

shr1nk1ngme yay for the 3lbs and the NSVs! Well done!!

Woodstock I am the same way - when I come home drunk and there is food around, I can it ALL! So , smart move to have all the bad stuff out of the house!
Enjoy your parties :)

vix nice drop, well done!

imabehot glad to read your kitty is just fine! And awesome job being almost at goal :)

TrayTeam Sorry you were sick! Fell better soon! And good luck with your weight loss efforts!

Minneey Setting the alarm for the gym is a good step in the right direction ;) Have a fun weekend!

RideRunRepeat If you stay an plan, you'll sure be fine! Make sure to drink enough water.
thanks for your well-wishes, by the way! I appreciate it.

Happy Saturday everyone! Have a good one! :belly:

Jan 25 - 158.1 - not bad, I know it's water, drink, drink, drink

Jan 31 - 155

riderunrepeat drinking water will help, it might take a day or two, but it will. I try to get in 64 oz. a day, about 4 water bottles, sometimes a little more, but regularly getting that amount in works well for me. I go through stages where it's really hard to get the water in, I don't understand why, but it happens. I've had those days when I didn't drink a drop, just like you.

Best to all :sunny:

Indian food is my ALL-TIME favorite. Anything curry... sigh...

These days when I eat Indian I order either coconut curry vegetables, chana masala (chickpeas in spicy sauce), or saag paneer (spinach with cheese cubes). Mmmm But no more chawal, aloo, or naan for me (rice, potatoes, or bread). Goodbye, naan! :(

Rhiko 01-25-2014 07:23 PM

Omg, I never thought I would say this ever, but I actually reached my goal this month! 63.0kgs for me :D I know it's only a few days until the end of the month, so I can't celebrate for the month. I can celebrate for the achievement though!
