Hmm... why does my body embarrass me? Well, I stood on the scales this morning and this was my reaction :yikes: :?:. Somehow, after all the junk, my body has come back down to 64.7kgs. :o Two days ago it was 65kgs and two days before that it was 65.9kgs. I mean, it's GREAT that it's come back down because I was freaking out knowing it would be a mission to lose that weight again, but I feel embarrassed that I was all doom and gloom about gaining. Sigh.
Anyway, after only running once since Nov 17, I've finally come back to my senses and started up again--worry free :D My goal is still 1kg = 64.7kgs to 63.7kgs. I know I won't make it, but I'm going to try my best to get close to it. Good luck to everyone this month! |

I have a vacation in Jan and have been trying to lose but my scale has been drifting to the wrong side constantly.. My starting weight is 84.3 kgs and I am looking to lose close to 4kgs this month.. I know which is really tough given how I have been doing the last few months... But keeping fingers crossed.. it is going to be 4kgs/8 lbs |

Lots to post about as I've been away for the weekend but its late so ill be quick. Last month I only managed to lose 1 pound in the end - I had a terrible off plan cake fest weekend though so am starting the month higher than I think I would have been if I'd been better over the weekend . So the big goal is my brothers wedding on dec 21st (I'm bridesmaid). Deep breath. Here goes. There are a myriad of potential pitfalls ahead for me in December. As I write this, I feel nervous!!
