Had a baaaaad last 4 days scale said 281 this morning which I KNOW is mostly water. I may have gained a pound or 2 MAYBE But not 10...

SMS- Has to be water for sure. Try adding different foods to your diet and extra water if your not drinking enough.

Crazy stress in my life right now, taking care of mom post surgery and dealing with my own illness and a child who suddenly decided now is the PERFECT time to be a brat and act out in ways unheard of previously.
