10/9 256 well got rid of .8 of the sunday eating

I'm so excited to finally see some movement in the right direction!!!! I have a family reunion this weekend and I'm going to attempt self control, but I know it's going to be hard!! I am part of a large family of WONDERfuL cooks!!!! I'm still knocking back lots of water and attempting to get some walking in..and hoping for good results!!

You guys are all so encouraging... The ups and downs make me realize I'm like lot of other folks nd if they can keep trying and do this...so can I !!!!!
