Ok. I'm changing my final goal to 118. I'm so happy with how far I've come this year, my husband is about to come home from deployment, we'll try for baby #2, and we're into the holiday season. So, I really want to see 118 on the scale and then I think it's best for me to start maintenance.

Try losing 65 in a matter of 3 months . I love being a smaller size but losing too quickly is not healthy for anyone just make sure you do it healthy. I lost mine due to stress and lack of appetite. Don't get me wrong I'm glad to have the weight off because being a size 18 (squeazing into) is also not healthy for most people. Of course I was healthy at that size but am not now at a size 10 go figure. Anyway whatever is healthy for you is what i'm trying to say losing fast is self gratifying but not always best. Velinamartinez - Thank you for the advice. Although our thread catches the eye at "Lose 10 lbs", the majority of us posted goals for the month of a pound or two a week. I think we are a pretty healthy minded group, for the most part, and are encouraging healthy lifestyle changes, not quick weight loss. None of us wants to be unhealthy and skinny...but thank you for watching out for us. Everyone have a great day!!!
